A good filling breakfast

So, I awoke today STARVING....so I looked in the fridge and thought hmmmm....there are no breakfast foods that are good, without using all of my points. So, I got creative, I made egg beaters, with a piece of WW American cheese, which is 2 pts, I made 2/3 cup of simply potatoes with onion (make with cooking spray instead of oil) 1 pt and a WW English Muffin with 1/2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter 2 pts....It felt like I was eating a huge diner breakfast and it totaled only 5 points and I was STUFFED!!! Now, I can get into eating like this, if only I can figure out how to do substitutions for the rest of my meals!!1

That's awesome! Try the Thomas' Multi-grain Light English Muffins... much better than the WW ones and still only 1 pt.

FYI: I have fixed something similar to this. I used the Light English Muffins (1pt), 2% American cheese (1pt.) and 1 whole egg (2pts.) or 2 egg whites (0 pts.) and have your own version of McDonald's Egg McMuffin for only 4 pts. or less!

I just was talking with Chrissy and wanted to tell you about a great WW desert. It is in the frozen section and it is smart ones choclate chip cookie dough desert. It is DELICIOUS. Chrissy says they are only 2 points. Try them. They have other flavors, and they are all good. :)
